(i) Contact form
Personal details that you provide by filling in forms on our Website or requesting further services, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, business address, telephone numbers. Recipient details that you provide when placing your enquiry, including name, address and any
contact telephone numbers.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
(ii) Email Marketing
If you choose to sign up to receive marketing information from us, via the Newsletter SignUp on our website, then you will be placed on our marketing database to receive our regular e-newsletter. Our newsletters are to share information we think will be of interest to you, including upcoming training and development events, workshops, as well as articles of interest and top tips. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.
You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of
any of our emails.
We will not use your personal information for direct marketing purposes unless you consent to us doing so by signing up directly to our newsletter.
Who has access to your information?
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third- party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service.
We will not release your information to third parties beyond this or for direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
